This week we are going to explore rapport. Or in other words, optimal contact. It goes deeper than making contact with someone and say hi.
Rapport is the feeling that you meet someone for the first time and feel and think: I know this person for ages, and in fact you just met for 2 minutes.

Did you know that if you look at communication for 100%, that 55% is non-verbal, 7% is verbal and 38% is tone?
